Description:
This three storey building more an underground level, consists of 9 shop units at ground floor,
14 apartments at the upper floors, several cellars at the basement and it's surrounded by a garden.
The shops sizes range from 55 sqm to 110 sqm and six of them are connected with their own cellars.
The flats sizes range from 45 sqm to 60 sqm.
This senior construction includes roof technologies such as solar panels system to supply photovoltaic
electric power, and solar water panels heating. These are connected to the building central heating
system, which take charge to circulate warm water by a pipes heating floor system into the house flooring.
The building is equipped with a roof system to catch rain water and reuse it for sanitary purpose.
