Description:
This project involves the construction of new senior housing facilities in the archipelago of La Maddalena,
facing the island of Caprera. Areas of the building lots amount to 25759.00 square meters and consist of 23911.95
cubic meters to build on a 12879.50 square meters area. Other 12879.50 sqm are assigned for urban standards
(roads and other urban facilities). The project consists of 16538.57 cbm for housing, 4798.38 cbm for services
related to the residence and 2575.00 cbm for public services.
An amount of seven buildings connected by public roads, are planned in the four lots.
There are 22 housing units in Lot 1, 12 in the Lot 2, 43 in lot 3 and 30 in the lot 4, for a total of 107 units.
In lot 2 are located 6 offices and 6 shops ranging in size from 80 sqm to 200sqm. Car Parks are both at ground
level and in basement garage, exclusively for shop and offices customers.
The apartments are in two-storey buildings whose architectural features and materials are chosen with observance
of the typical uses of the place. Buildings are planned to create an high quality settlement, which fits harmoniously
the landscape. Flats at the ground floor have their own garden, while those on the first floor will be equipped
with loggia.
