WORK: URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN VIA J.F. KENNEDY - HOUSING WORKS

Description:
This project involves the construction of 114 living houses, distributed in 12 buildings, usually with three
or four storey. All the flats are supplied with their own car parks some of them in underground garages, and some
in the open. This senior constructions includes roof technologies such as solar panels system to
supply photovoltaic electric power and solar water panels heating. Moreover a roof system to catch
rain water and reuse it for irrigation purpose is supplied. Special care has been also taken for both
thermal and acoustic insulating of perimeter walls flats, in compliance by Italian law.
This housing units are quite small and differ in number of storey (one or two) and in size, ranging from 40
sqm to 60 sqm. All units at ground floor have a garden, while those at the upper floor will be equipped
with veranda or loggia.
