Description:
The project consists of new apartments for an amount of 15.571.20 cbm, and related utility installations,
including Car parks areas and public green facilities.
Parking area is approximately 1,000.00 sqm, with 28 parking spaces, including one for the disabled.
Its special plastic grid pavement, allows grass to grow in between, and rain water to drain toward an
underground tank, to be reused for irrigation purpose.
With an extension of 3,500.00 sqm, the green public facilities include a children's playground and an
archaeological area. By this side of the park, where is still viewable a prestigious and ancient part
of Roman road, a lighting system suitable is provided to enhance its beauty. On the other side of the
park a children's playground is installed, with an absorbing shock floor and with a series of games
like slides, swings etc.
The two areas of the park are connected by paths paved with concrete tiles, and furnished with benches
in rough travertine blocks. Throughout the grassy park there are different kind of plants as oleander,
magnolia, hornbeam, lime, olive and nyssa sylvatica.
